Meet Karla, a Charter Specialist whose journey into the yachting world began on deck. Although actively studying Tourism Management, her experience as a luxury yacht hostess shaped her true understanding of guest expectations.

Being part of daily life on board allowed her to see what transforms a good charter into an unforgettable one. Today, she blends that first-hand insight with analytical thinking, designing tailored itineraries that reflect each client’s personality and travel style.

Organized, intuitive, and naturally attuned to hospitality, she approaches every client with warmth, precision, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
